What is the Freedom Economy?

The Freedom Economy is a membership organization for justice and sustainability investors. Built by top leaders in impact investing and social justice, the Freedom Economy provides on-demand legal resources, a trusted attorney network, and a tech-enabled community platform for investors at risk of targeted anti-DEI, ESG, and impact investing litigation attacks.

Why did we start the Freedom Economy?

At this moment, a reactionary minority of political actors are fighting to maintain systems of power that limit access to the American dream. These efforts include targeted litigation attacks on DEI, ESG, and impact investors and businesses – attacks which pose a real and direct threat to the economic future of all citizens, and to American democracy. 

The legal arguments proposed by the far right are unfounded and weaponize American civil rights laws against the very democratic principles they were established to protect. Through the politicization of the courts, these baseless arguments have gained traction.

The Freedom Economy is a centralized and coordinated membership organization representing the majority of Americans who understand that limiting the rights of investors will have a widespread, detrimental effect on every corner of our economy, and on every American.
